Eyelid Surgery Before & After Case 46

This is a 42 year old female disliked the excess skin in her upper eyelids and complained that she was told that she constantly looked tired.  She came to the office looking for a solution with a minimal amount of downtime.

After a thorough consultation, it was decided that she should undergo an endotine brow lift and an upper eyelid blepharoplasty.  The brow lifting can be done through the upper eyelid incision used for the blepharoplasty and therefore only one incision is used!  This leaves the patient with reduced skin excess in her upper eyelid and a raised outer brow with only one hidden scar(in the eyelid fold)!

The procedure was done in the office under local anesthesia and her recovery was quick and easy!  She returned to work in approximately one week.

She says that she can now apply makeup more easily because she is able to visualize more of her upper eyelid and the outer aspect of her brow is not covering the eyelid as well. 

She loves her new refreshed look!
