Eyelid Surgery Before & After Case 128

This 69 year old female disliked the excess skin that was present in her upper eyelids as well as the "bags" in her lower eyelids.  She also wanted to undergo other facial rejuvenation procedures in order to obtained a fully refreshed look.

After a consultation discussing all of her options, she decided to proceed with eyelid surgery  (upper and lower blepharoplasty) as well as a Rejuvelift and fat transfer.  The upper blepharoplasty involved removing the excess skin from her upper eyelids leaving a well concealed scar in the recess of her eyelids.   The lower blepharoplasty involved removing fat pockets from her lower eyelids through incisions on the inside of her lower eyelids. This did not leave any visible scars on her lower eyelids and would also not change the contour of her lower eyelids - a problem that is often associated with the scar on the outside.
