Breast Reduction Before & After Case 252

This is a 24 year old female who disliked the shape and size of her breasts.  They felt heavy and were causing back pain and slight shoulder grooving.  She also disliked that they appeared to be hanging lower than she desired.  She also wanted to improve her nipple/areolar shape and position them more centrally on each breast.  

After careful discussion it was decided that in order to correct the issues that bothered her, a breast reduction would be the procedure of choice.   This would reduce the weight of each breast and make them more symmetrical. The nipple/.areolar complex could be repositioned more centrally on each breast. 

She underwent the procedure without any difficulties and is seen in the post op photos at three months post op.  Her back pain is relieved and she loves the new and more youthful shape and position of her breasts.
