Breast Reduction Before & After Case 69

This is a 62 year old female who finally decided that the weight that she was carrying on her chest was too much. She had developed significant shoulder grooving from the excess weight.  She had difficulty buying clothes because her breasts were out of proportion with the rest of her body.  She desired a breast reduction.

 After a thorough consultation, she underwent the procedure.  A breast reduction removed a significant amount of breast tissue and lifted the nipple/areolar complex as well. A reduction in the size of the areolar is part of the procedure as well.

She is seen here four weeks after the procedure.  Her breasts are smaller in size and weight...but are kept in proportion with her body.

She is thrilled with her new look and is relieved that the "weight has been lifted from her shoulders"
