Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 92

This is a 29-year-old female who wanted to improve the appearance of her breasts.   She wanted to increase the fullness and projection.  She also said that she had trouble filling out clothes and thought that increasing her size and changing the shape would help this issue.

After a thorough consultation, she decided upon a breast augmentation in order to achieve her goals!  Since she wanted as natural an appearance and feel as possible, we chose 457cc moderate profile smooth round silicone implants.  They were placed beneath the muscle to provide as much coverage as possible and to reduce the potential to see and feel any implant rippling that might occur.  Placing them beneath the muscle also helps with mammograms at a later date since there is more coverage of the implants than just the breast tissue.

She went home the same day and her recovery was smooth and easy.  She was back to her usual activities in approximately one week.
