Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 19

This is a 48 year old female who desired improvement in her breast projection and fullness.  After pregnancies, she noted that she lost breast volume.  She would wear padded push up bras in order to improve her look.

  She underwent a breast augmentation Allergan 371cc round moderate profile silicone gel implants.  They were placed under the  muscle and using a inframammary incision. Her surgery was done in an ambulatory surgery setting and she went home the same day!  Approximately one week later she returned to her full activities!

She is seen here 4 months after the procedure and loves her new look.
