Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 60

   This is a 22 year old female who wanted to improve the overall shape and fullness of her breasts.  She disliked the "cone" shape and the lack of projection.  She desired a breast augmentation in order to increase the fullness.  Implants will also reduce the "cone" shape by improving the volume in the upper and lower poles as well as by increasing the projection.

  After a thorough and in depth consultation, she chose 390cc saline implants. They were placed in a submuscular pocket via an inframammary incision.

   She is seen here 4 years post op and still loves her new shape!
