Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 164

This is a 25 year old female who wanted to improve the appearance of her breasts.  She had difficulties buying clothes that fit properly and often found herself using a padded bra in order to attain proper proportions.  She came to the office to discuss her options and it was decided that a breast augmentation would help her get to her goals safely and quickly. 

After a detailed consultation, she chose 450cc round smooth moderate profile saline implants.  The were placed in a submuscular pocket through an inframammary incision. 

She is seen in these post op photos 6 weeks after the procedure.  She now finds that clothes that fit properly are much easier to purchase and she no longer needs the extra padding in a bra to obtain a proper proportion.

She recovered quickly and was back to her usual activities one week after the procedure.
