Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 120

This is a 35-year-old female who wanted to improve the shape of her breasts.  After pregnancies she lost volume and projection and wanted to recapture the more youthful breasts that she had previously.  She came to the office to discuss her options and after a thorough consultation, it was decided that a breast augmentation would solve her issues.

We decided upon 475cc silicone implants that were inserted under the muscle through an inframammary incision.  In order to achieve a natural look, moderate profile implants were used.

The procedure took about an hour and one half to perform and she was back to her usual activities in approximately one week. 

She is seen here 6 months after the procedure.....and she loves her refreshed and more youthful look!
