Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 191

This is a 26 year old female who wanted to increase the size of her breasts.  She especially wanted improved cleavage and upper pole fulless.  She came to the office to discuss breast enhancement surgery. 

After discussing her options, it was decided that a breast augmentation with 371cc smooth round  silicone implants placed under the muscle through an inframammary incision would yield her the most natural appearance and yet still obtain the look she desired.  3D imaging was performed as well as placing the implants in her clothes to help determine the best size for her body and her goals.

She underwent the procedure without any issues and returned back to her usual activities in one week.  She is seen in the post op photos 3 months after the procedure.
