Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 88

This is a 37-year-old female who wanted to increase the fullness and size of her breasts. She said that she lost volume with multiple pregnancies and wanted to recover it with a breast augmentation.

After a thorough discussion in the office about her options, it was finally decided that 492cc smooth wall moderate profile round silicone implants would be used.  They were placed in a submuscular pocket via an inframammary incision. The procedure took about one and one-half hours and the patient was home relaxing by the early afternoon.

She healed quickly and resumed her normal activities in one week.  She is seen here three weeks post-op.
