Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 137

This is a 39 year old female who wanted to improve the shape and fullness of her breasts. After pregnancies, she noted that there was a loss of volume and projection.  She was no longer able to fill her clothes like she did prior to the pregnancies and wanted to return to her more youthful shape. 

After a detailed discussion she decided to undergo a breast augmentation.  She decided upon using 457cc silicone smooth implants.  They were placed in a pocket beneath the muscle using an inframammary fold incision.  She went home on the same day as the procedure and was seen the next day in the office.  One week later the sutures were removed and she was back to her usual activities.

She is seen in the post op photos approximately  6 weeks after the procedure.  She loves her new and more youthful look and shape and that she no longer has to use a padded push up bra to fill out her clothes!
