Breast Augmentation

This is a 34 year old female who disliked the fact that she could not fill her clothes with proper proportions.  She wanted to improve her overall shape and wanted fullness in all areas...especially in the upper poles.  She came to the office to discuss her options.

During the discussion, 3D imaging was performed and she realized that the best way to realize her goals was with breast enhancement surgery.  She brought a tight sports bra with her during the office visits so she could try on the actual implants and feel and observe which implants would get her to her desired goals.

It was decided that 415cc smooth moderate profile silicone implants placed under the muscle via an inframammary incision would be her best option.

She underwent the procedure and recovered quickly - returning to her duties as a registered nurse in one week.  

She is seen in the post op photos at 6 weeks post procedure.  

She loves her new look and is happy that she was able to realize her goals with safety and ease.
