Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 114

This is a 27 year old female who wanted to improve the size and shape of her breasts.  She was having difficulty filling out her bra and this also made buying properly fitted clothes difficult.  She wanted to increase the size and projection of her breasts.  After a consultation she decided upon undergoing a breast augmentation.

All of the options concering the type of implant, the placement and the access incisions were all discussed  in detail during her consultation.  It was finally decided that a 492cc smooth silicone implants would be used.  These would provide a natural and fuller look to her breasts.  They were placed under the muscle via an inframammary incision.

She is seen in the post op photos about three weeks after the procedure.  She recovered quickly and was back to work and her usual activities in one week.
