Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 42

This 46 year old female desired improvement in her breasts.  She wanted to improve the overall fullness of her breasts as well as the projection.  She desired a breast augmentation in Staten Island, NY.

  During her consultation all of the options were considered and discussed thoroughly.  She desired the use of saline implants and these were placed in a pocket under the muscle using an inframammary fold incision.  480cc smooth round implants were used and they were slightly overfilled to reduce the post operative rippling associated with saline implants.

   Her recovery was fast and she was back to work in a few days!  She loves her results and new shape!
