Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 222

This is a 55 year old female who previously underwent a breast augmentation with saline implants and 2 years ago had them removed for personal reasons.  She was now ready to replace them but with the new silicone implants.   She wanted to regain the projection and upper pole fullness that she had with the older implants.  During our discussion, 3 D imaging was performed in order to give her the closest simulation of what the implants would look like in her breasts.  

She ultimately chose 485cc smooth moderate profile silicone implants and they were placed in a submuscular pocket using the old inframammary incision.  She recovered quickly from the procedure and was back to her regular activities in one week.

She is seen in the post op photos 6 weeks after the procedure and loves her new and natural look.  She regained the projection and upper pole fullness that had been missed after removing the old 421cc saline implants.
