Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 78

This is a 20 year old female who wanted to improve the fullness and projection of her breasts.  She wanted to be able to fill out her clothes and to improve her proportions.  She desired a breast augmentation in order to fulfull these goals.

After a detailed consultation, it was decided that 390cc round smooth saline implants would best fit her body and existing breast tissue...leading to the look she desired.  The implants were placed behind the muscle and an incision in the breast fold was used to insert the implants.

Her recovery was quick and she was back to her usual activities in one week.  She is seen here three weeks after the procedure.
