Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 87

This is a 48 year old female who wanted to increase the size and fullness of her breasts.  She was unhappy with the way that her clothes were fitting and desired a correction.  She consulted Dr Cutolo for a breast augmentation. 

She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation using 492cc smooth walled Natrelle silicone implants by Allergan.  They were placed under the muscle and inserted via an inframammary incision.

She healed quickly and was back to her usual activities in about one week.  She is seen here about three weeks after her surgery!!!

She adores her new look and loves the way that she now fills out her clothes!
