Case 240

This is a 26 year old female who wanted to improve the shape and increase the size of her breasts.  She wanted to improve her clothing fit as well as to obtain a curvier figure - creating  a more balanced and attractive hourglass shape.  She came to the office to discuss her options and it was decided that a breast augmentation with breast implants would be the safest and easiest way to attain her goals. 

During the consultation, multiple different sizes of implants were tried with a snug sports bra and 3 D imaging was done as well.  Moderate profile 305cc Sientra silicone implants were selected and used.  The were placed into a pocket beneath the muscle through an inframammary fold incision. 

Her recovery was quick - she returned to her activities in less than one week.  She is seen in the post op photos 6 weeks after the procedure.   She is thrilled with her new look!
