Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 129

This is a 35 year old woman who felt that her breasts lost their fullness and shape after multiple pregnancies.  Her desire was to return her breasts back to the fullness and size and shape that she had prior to the pregnancies.  She desired a breast augmentation.

After a thorough consultation discussing all of her options, she chose 533cc silicone implants.  They were placed in a pocket under her muscle through an inframammary fold incision. 

Her recovery was quick and she was back to her usual activities including taking care of her family in one week.
