Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 214

This is a 47-year-old female who wanted to improve the appearance of her breasts.  She disliked the deflated appearance and wanted to especially improve the upper pole fullness that she thought was lacking.  She came to the office for evaluation and it was decided that a breast augmentation would be the answer.  In order to obtain the most natural result, 445cc smooth round silicone implants were placed under the muscle through an inframammary incision.  The latest implants from Allergan were used to maintain as much upper pole fullness as possible. 

She is seen in the post op photos 2 months after the procedure.  She safely attained her goals and was back to her usual activities in one week.
