Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 159

This is a 21 year old female who wanted to improve the shape and projection of her breasts.  She wanted to fill out clothes better by increasing the size of her breasts and making them fuller.  She came to the office to discuss her options for a breast augmentation.  We decided to proceed with smooth round moderate profile 390cc saline implants.  They were placed under the muscle through an inframammary fold incision.

She recovered quickly and is seen in the post op photos six weeks after the procedure.  She attained her results quickly, easily and safely.
