Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 39

This is a 36 year old female who underwent a prior breast augmentation approximately 10 years prior to coming to our office. She previously had saline implants and wanted to exchange them.  She  disliked the mild firmness of her right breast which was due to a mild contracture.  She also wanted to replace the saline implants with larger silicone ones.

  I discussed a breast augmentation with her.  She underwent removal of both saline implants, removal of scar tissue on the right side and expanding the scar on the left side.  Then, 457 silicone Naterelle implants were placed into the larger pockets via an inframammary incision (using the old scar).

  She is seen here three weeks after the procedure.  She recovered quickly and loves her new look!
