Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 202

This is a 34 year old female who wanted to improve the shape and fullness of her breasts.  She wanted to increase the overall size while providing more fullness in the upper poles of the breasts.  She thought that she had lost volume over the years and wanted a more youthful appearance.  A consultation about breast augmentation was made and all of her options were discussed at that time. 

 During the consultation saline and silicone options were discussed.  It was finally decided that smooth round moderate profile silicone gel implants would be used and placed under the muscle through an inframammary incision. With the help of 3D imaging, 533cc silicone implants were chosen.

She underwent the procedure without any difficulties and is seen in the post op photos 5 months after surgery.  Her recovery was quick and she was back to her regular activities in one week.
