Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 169

This is a 24 year old female who wanted to improve the shape and size of her breasts.  She was not able to fill out her clothes in the manner which she desired.  She came to the office to discuss her options.  Breast enhancement was discussed and the best and safest option was chosen - a breast augmentation. 

After a thorough discussion concerning the types of implants(saline vs silicone), implant position (above or below the muscle), and incision placement(inframammary vs peri areolar), it was decided that the silicone implants would be placed in a submuscular pocket through an inframammary incision.   Allergan 397cc moderate profile implants were used in order to give the most natural appearance.

The patient is seen here approximately 6 weeks after the procedure.  She healed quickly and was back to her usual activities in one week.
