Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 89

This is a 34-year-old female who wanted to increase the fullness of her breasts.  She wanted to increase her upper pole fullness and well as the projection of her breasts.  She desired a more voluptuous look but to still be able to remain natural...especially in clothes that were not revealing.  She could best achieve these goals by undergoing a breast augmentation.

After a thorough consultation, it was decided to use 600cc smooth walled moderate profile silicone implants.  They were placed under the muscle through an inframammary incision.

Her recovery was quick and she was back to work and her usual activities in approximately one week.  She is seen here three months after the procedure.
