Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 187

This is a 28 year old female who disliked her upper body proportion...she wanted to increase the size and fullness of her breasts so that she would fill her clothes out better.  She came to the office to discuss her options and it was decided that a breast augmentation would help her attain her goals easily and safely. 

During the consultation, 3D imaging was performed which gave her a good visual simulation of what she would look like after the procedure.  After trying on the implants in her clothes and visualizing them virtually in the 3D program, she chose 421cc silicone, smooth, and round implants. They were placed under the muscle through an inframammary incision. 

Her recovery was quick and she was back to her usual activities in one week. 

She loves her new look and was thrilled that she was able to fill her clothes proportionately. 

She is seen in the post op photos 6 weeks after the procedure.
