Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 70

This 52 year old woman desired improvement in her breasts.  She wanted more overall volume and to increase projection as well. She thought that over the past few years that she had lost breast fullness and wanted to recover what she had lost. 

We discussed a breast augmentation. This would provide improved overall fullness and would also increase projection. 

After a thorough consultation we decided that 457cc silicone implants would easily obtain her goals. The were inserted into a submuscular plane via an inframammary incision - a technique Dr. Cutolo commonly employs when performing breast augmentation for Brooklyn and Staten Island women.
