Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 192

This is a 35 year old female who came to the office to discuss her options to improve her breasts.  She noticed that after multiple pregnancies that her breasts appeared to have lost volume and upper pole fullness.... they appeared to have been "deflated".   She wanted to recapture the breast shape and volume that had been present prior to the pregnancies. 

She decided to undergo a breast augmentation using 492cc silicone smooth walled implants.  They were placed in a submuscular pocket through an inframammary fold incision.  3D imaging was performed prior to the procedure to simulate the size and shape that would be created with these implants. 

She underwent the procedure without any difficulties and was back to her regular activity in one week.  She is seen in the post op photos 6 weeks after the procedure.

She is thrilled that she was successful in her quest to regain the youthful breasts that she had in the past.
