Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 141

This is a 27 year old female who liked the shape of her breasts but wanted to improve their fullness and projection.  She came to the office to discuss her options.  Because her nipples were above her inframammary folds, there was no need to perform a lift.  This would lead to a nipple that was too high in relation to the rest of her breast volume.  The fullness could be achieved with a breast augmentation.  In order to achieve the desired upper pole fullness, a larger implant was needed to fill out the skin envelope.  We chose a 492cc smooth walled moderate profile silicone implant.  The moderate profile would give her the most natural appearance.  The implants were placed in a submuscular pocket through an inframammary incision.

Her procedure went smoothly and she was back to her usual activities in one week.  She is seen in the post op photos 2 months after the procedure.  She loves that she has increased her fullness and projection and looks naturally larger.
