Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 49

This 21 year old female wanted to increase the fullness and projection of her breasts.  She wanted to be able to fill out her clothes better but wanted to maintain a natural look.  She desired a breast augmentation to achieve these goals.

   After a thorough consultation discussing all of her options, she decided upon 420cc saline implants.  These were placed into a pocket under the muscle through an inframammary fold.

  Her recovery was quick and she was back to work within one week.  She is thrilled with her new results and loves the way she now looks in clothes!
