Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 65

This is a 49 year old female who's goal was to improve the overall fullness and projection of her breasts.  She wanted to be able to fill her bras without the use of padding and wanted a more pleasing overall shape to her breasts.

After considering her options, she chose to undergo a breast augmentation.  Multiple sizes of implants were considered and she decided upon 397cc silicone implants.  These were placed in a pocket under the muscle through an inframammary incision.

  Her recovery was quick and she returned to work in less than one week! 

   She is seen here two months after the procedure and she loves the natural feel of the silicone implants as well as her new look!
