Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 43

This is a 48 year old female who desired to improve the look of her breasts.  After multiple pregnancies, she lost fullness and projection and wanted to return to the look she had prior to her pregnancies.  She came to the office after careful consideration of all of her options, she underwent a breast augmentation in Staten Island.

  She chose 492cc moderate profile round smooth silicone implants.  They were placed into a pocket made beneath the muscle through an inframammary fold incision. She is seen here three months after the procedure.
