Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 178

This is a 45 year old female who did not like the overall shape of her breasts.  Over the years she noted that she had lost volume and fullness especially in the upper areas of her breasts.  She wanted a more youthful and fuller appearance and adding volume would also give her the added benefit of being able to fill her clothes easier. 

She came to the office to discuss her options.  After a detailed discussion, it was decided that a breast augmentation would allow her to obtain her goals easily and safely.   She underwent the procedure using 492cc moderate profile round silicone implants and they were placed in a pocket under the  muscle using an inframammary incision.  She healed quickly and was back to her regular activities in one week.

She is seen in these post op photos 6 weeks after the procedure.  She loves her new look and was amazed that it was extremely easy for her to realize her goals!
