Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 230

This is a 32 year old female who wanted to improve the shape and fullness of her breasts.  She said that she had lost volume over the years and wanted to obtain a fuller shape and more upper fullness so that clothes would fit better.  She came to the office to discuss her options and it was decided during the conversation that a breast augmentation would get her the results that she desired.  

During the consultation, 3D imaging was performed and a discussion about the type of implants was done as well.  She decided upon smooth walled 485cc moderate profile implants to be placed through an inframammary incision into a pocket under her muscle.
