Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 182

This is a 38 year old female who wanted to improve the shape of her breasts.  She noticed that after pregnancies, she lost volume especially in the upper poles of her breasts.  She wanted to replace the lost volume and and obtain a more youthful appearance by also improving projection.

After a thorough consultation including 3D imaging, it was decided that a breast augmentation would give her the results that she desired.  Moderate profile 533cc smooth silicone implants were placed in a pocket under the muscle through an inframammary incision.

She recovered quickly and returned to her usual activities in one week.  She is thrilled with her rejuvenated look and loves that she was able to safely attain her goals.
