Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 17

This is a 28 year old female who desired to improve the projection and fullness of her breasts.  After consulting with other plastic surgeons in Staten Island, she felt most comfortable with Dr. Cutolo and his plan of action.

 Because her left nipple/areolar complex was slightly lower than the right, a "crescent" mastopexy was performed in the office under local anesthesia prior to the augmentation.  Approximately three weeks later, the breast augmentation was performed.  550cc round Mentor silicone implants were placed in a submuscular pocket via an inframammary incision. Her recovery went smoothly and she was back to her full activities within a week.

  The patient was thrilled with her results!
