Breast Augmentation Mommy Makeover

This is a 34 year old female who, after multiple pregnancies, found herself with smaller and deflated breasts. The skin had stretched and the breast tissue had shrunken and this left her with a deflated breast appearance. She wanted to get back to her pre op state with fuller and rounder breasts.  She also wanted to improve her abdomen as well and this made this procedure into a "Mommy Makeover".

She came to the office and it was decided that she would undergo a breast augmentation to improve her breasts and a tummy tuck in order to tighten her abdomen  These were both done at the same time in order to reduce her recover time.  

485cc moderate profile silicone implants were placed under the muscle through an inframammary incision. 3D imaging had been performed during the consultation in order to try to approximate what her breasts would look like with these implants. 

Her recovery went smoothly and she was back to her usual activities in just under two weeks.  She loves her new look!

The post op photos were taken approximately 6 months after the procedure.
