Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 27

This 57 year old female wanted to replenish the volume that she lost in her breasts after pregnancy.  She wanted to increase the fullness in the upper area of her breats as well as to add projection.  Her goal was to approach the way her breasts lookes before pregancy.

  She consulted the office concerning a breast augmentation.  She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation using silicone implants placed in a pocket under the muscle.  The implants were placed through and inframammary incision.

  She also underwent a tummy tuck at the same time as the breast augmentation.  She healed well and loves her new look!
