Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 251

This is a 37-year-old female who wanted to improve the shape and fullness of her breasts.  She wanted to be able to fill out her clothes and thought that she lost some upper fullness over the past few years.  She came to the office to discuss her options.

After careful and a detailed discussion, it was decided that she would undergo a breast augmentation.  This would improve projection and upper fullness at the same time.  The incision chosen was an inframammary one, and the implants were placed under the muscle. The implants were 355cc smooth silicone implants by Sientra.

She healed well and returned to her usual activities in about one week.

She is seen in the post op photos about 3 months after the procedure.

She is thrilled with her new look!
