Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 188

This is a 49 year old female who thought that her breasts appeared deflated.  Over the past few years she noticed that there was a progressive volume loss ..especially in the upper region of her breasts.  She wanted to increase the fullness of her breasts so that she could fill her clothes in the same fashion that she did prior to the loss of volume.  She came to the office to discuss her options and it was decided that a breast augmentation would restore her breasts to her prior state and would also give her breasts a more youthful appearance.

She underwent the procedure after a detailed consultation which included 3D imaging.  3D imaging was able simulate what her appearance would be with the implants placed in her body.  After a combination of actually placing the implants in her bra and the 3D visualization, 457cc silicone implants were chosen.

She is seen in the post op photos 3 months after the procedure and is thrilled with her results.  Her recovery was quick and easy and she was back to her usual activities within one week.
