Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 211

This is a 26 year old female who wanted to improve the shape and overall appearance of her breasts.  She disliked the lack of upper fullness in her breasts and wanted a small lift as well.  After a detailed discussion it was decided that a breast augmentation would help her achieve her goals. 

Silicone implants were chosen - using the latest "gummy bear" implants from Allergan.  The implants were of moderate projection, round, smooth walled and had 600cc of volume.   They were placed in a submuscular pocket via an inframammary fold incision.

She underwent the procedure without and difficultes and was back to her usual activities after one week. 

She is seen in these post op photos 3 months after the procedure with her goals fulfilled.
