Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 204

This is a 37 year old female who wanted to improve the size and shape of her breasts.  She disliked the lack of fullness in the upper area of her breasts.  She also wanted to improve the projection and overall shape as well.  After a thorough consultation it was decided that a breast augmentation would give her the results she desired.

3D imaging was performed and the actual implants were fitted to her clothes and after careful consideration, it was decided to use 640cc smooth round silicone implants.  They were placed under the muscle via an inframammary incision.

She had no difficulties during and after the procedure and was back to her usual active lifestyle approximately one week after the procedure.

She is seen in these post op photos 6 weeks after the procedure.
