Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 152

This is a 21 year old female who disliked the way she filled out her clothes.  She wanted to improve her breast shape by increasing her size and adding more volume.  She came to the office to discuss her options and to see if she was a good candidate for a breast augmentation.

After a detailed discussion it was decided that she was in fact a great candidate for breast implants.  She chose 390cc moderate profile saline implants.  They were placed into a pocket underneath the muscle to provide as much coverage of the implants as possible. This would reduce the chances of seeing any rippling from the implants.  They were placed into the pocket by using an inframammary fold incision. 

She was back to her usual routine in about one week.   She is seen here approximately three months after the procedure. 

She loves her new look and that she can now fill out her clothes without adding any padding to her bra.
