Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 132

This is a 50 year old female who disliked the overall shape of her breasts.  After multiple pregnancies, she noted that they lost their fullness and she had difficulites filling out her clothes in the manner that she desired.  She wanted to undergo a breast augmentation in order to regain the breast shape that she had prior to the pregnancies. 

After a thorough consultation, it was decided that 533cc smooth round moderate profile silicone implants would best get her to her goal safely and easily.  There was a slight volume discrepancy between her right and left sides but she said that it was always present and had no desire to attempt to address it.

She underwent the procedure without difficulties and was back to her usual activities in one week. The post op photos are three months after the procedure.  She loves the results and was thrilled that attaining her goals was easier than she could have imagined.
