Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 66

This is a 25 year old female who disliked the overall shape of her breasts.  Her goal was to improve the fullness and to obtain rounder and fuller breasts.  She desired a breast augmentation in order to achieve these goals.

During her consultation and physical exam it was noted that the shape of her breasts were significantly different.  Her right breast had a mild constricted base which leads to a "tubular" shaped breast.  This would need to be addressed as well as placing implants in order to help the patient reach her desired shape and fullness.

 During the operation, her right base was expanded in order to correct the constriction and this allowed the implant to provide a more natural fuller shape to the breast - reducing the "tubular" look.

  492cc Allergan Natrelle implants were placed in a submuscular pocket via an inframammary incision.  The right breast base constriction was released as well.  Prior to the procedure, the piercings were removed in order to improve sterile conditions in the operating room.

  She is seen here 6 weeks after the procedure and loves her new fuller breasts.  Her recovery was quick and she returned to her regular activities within one week!
