Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 199

This is a 33 year old female who wanted to increase the size of her breasts so that they would be in better proportion with her body.  She wanted to improve the upper and outer fullness as well as increase the projection of her breasts.  This would yield a more youthful appearance and would allow her to better fill her clothes. 

After a detailed consultation including 3D imaging, it was decided that a breast augmentation with 397cc silicone implants would give her a natural fuller appearance and help her attain her goals.   The implants that were chosen were smooth walled, round, moderate profile and placed in a pocket under the muscle through and inframammary incision. 

She underwent the procedure easily and was back to her usual activities in one week. 

She is seen in the post op photos 6 months after the procedure and loves her new look!
