Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 172

This is a 29 year old female who wanted to improve the size and shape of her breasts.  She disliked the "deflated" look that was present.  She wanted to obtain more fullness throughout and desired a better fit for her clothes.  After a thorough consultation we decided that a breast augmentation using silicone implants would give her the results she desired. 

Smooth wall moderate profile 533cc round silicone implants were placed into a pocket beneath the muscle through an inframammary fold incision.  These implants were able to fill up the skin envelope that was present and gave her a natural fuller appearance. 

She is seen in these post op photos 3 weeks after the procedure.  She attained her goals easily and safely and she loves her new look!
