Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 196

This is a 21 year old female who wanted to improve the fullness of her breasts hoping it would help her when shopping for clothes.  She wanted to increase projection and upper fullness.  After a thorough consultation she decided that a breast augmentation would be the way to attain her goals easily and safely. 

She underwent the procedure without any difficulties.  Moderate profile round 390cc saline implants were placed in a submuscular pocket through and inframammary incision.  3D imaging was performed to simulate the implants on her body and can be seen in the pre and post op photo gallery.

She is seen in the post op photos 4 months after the procedure.  She loves her new look and now fits her clothes perfectly!
