Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 194

This is a 30 year old female who wanted to improve the shape of her breasts.  She wanted more upper pole fullness and to increase the projection of her breasts.  After a thorough consultation we decided that a breast augmentation would be the answer.   During the consultation, 3D imaging was performed and she placed the implants in her clothes to determine the best size for her body.  She finally chose 492cc round smooth wall implants and they were placed in a submuscular pocket through an inframammary incision.

She healed quickly and returned to her usual activities in 1 week.

She is seen in the post op photos 6 months after the procedure.
